Job Responsibilities:

• Perform moderately complex cross organizational administrative, transactional, and operational tasks including policy or process changes, process improvements, and technology enhancement tasks
• Receive direction from supervisors
• Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
• Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group’s functional area or products
• Support in implementation of initiatives related to operations and Business Execution across multiple lines of business
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide support to a variety of diverse support functions or operations
• Collaborate across multiple groups to improve dialer operations and mitigate risk
• Work with cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
• Assist with the administration of Strategy and Execution programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
• Interact with colleagues of a specific line of business for the purpose of executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending
• Basic knowledge and understanding of IT processes and technologies
• Knowledge and understanding of Aspect or Avaya Dialer systems inbound/outbound dialing
• customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy for problem solving
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• SQL or Tableau Experience
