Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise less experienced staff in transactional tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development in less complex functional areas
- Make day to day supervisory decisions
- Resolve issues related to team supervision, work allocation, and daily operations under direction of functional area management
- Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid level managers, as well as interact directly with external customers
Job Requirements:
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
- 2+ years of Brokerage Field Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Brokerage operations experience
- Financial services industry experience
- Experience in cashiering or wire operations
- Knowledge and understanding of brokerage: systems or applications
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
