Job Description:
Individual contributor responsible for providing growth opportunities for the International University Recruiting platform through a portfolio of key colleges/universities/social mobility foundations with the objective of engaging students, faculty, and staff with Wells Fargo through onsite activities and partnerships with campus representatives and social mobility foundations.
Role responsibilities would be a blend of attraction, sourcing, selection and program strategies partnering very closely with the U.S. team to ensure enterprise alignment, but also building a region wide / International offering. Knowledge of International talent strategies as well as in depth knowledge of campus in International are critical. Key attributes are proven influencing and relationship building skills; developing and maintaining partnerships; excellent organization and presentation skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as relationship manager for key colleges/universities and social mobility foundations to include decision makers in student campus activities; and faculty and staff of partner organizations / universities with the objective of providing diverse growth opportunities for the lines of business.
- Identifies, creates, builds and maintains effective relationships with school / university decision makers and with critical internal partners with the International LOB and Support Functions
- Represents Wells Fargo as an expert in student related financial wellness including materials, tools, resources, processes, financial aid programs, and all student relevant products and services at onsite and corporate sponsored events.
- Identifies and drives opportunities of program strategies in support of the International and Enterprise DE&I agenda in partnership with regional talent partners (L&D etc.)
- Track and monitor recruiting metrics to measure ROI.
- Ensures alignment of strategy for International in partnership with TA lead – strategy and programs – EMEA / APAC / AMS to deliver holistic, consistent approach across International to align to the US model.
- Works with TA lead – strategy and programs – EMEA / APAC / AMS to understand how Graduate / Internship programs fit with other emerging talent programs such as Glide and Apprenticeships
- Establishes onsite events on campuses, order materials; staff events with appropriate advocates/team members; execute on providing LOB / partner readiness and effectiveness; mitigate onsite risks; serve as oversite as needed at events.
- Consults with and provides feedback to regional leadership on campus activity in their markets to include performance trends; recommends activities and actions to improve performance; provide coaching and feedback on market engagement and skills.
- Serve as the International lead for graduate and internship programs as part of the emerging talent strategies and in close partnership with
- International TA leads and regional learning teams.
- Ensure oversight of full-life cycle recruiting process for all job requisitions for assigned program(s) in close partnership with each LOB recruiter
Job Requirements:
- Experience in early Careers/Campus Recruitment, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
