Job Description: Wells Fargo is seeking a Field Service Manager in Melbourne. Job Responsibilities: Manage a team of Paralegals to provide effective support to the Legal Department Develop processes to track and ensure quality and accuracy Respond to escalated issues, providing direct support to more experienced leadership Ensure compliance with all applicable policy and regulatory requirements Lead team to achieve objectives Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Collateral Administration group Oversee the work of the team and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of tasks Oversee research and data provided by the team, as well as, the preparation of legal documentation, correspondence with clients and attorneys, and other materials Conduct examinations, interface with customers, colleagues in field, special projects and reviewing completed audits Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers Make daily decisions and resolve issues regarding financial and compliance field exams in Collateral Administration to meet business objectives Develop and interpret policies and procedures for functions with low to moderate complexity Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent Job Requirements: Relevant experience in Financial Collateral Examinations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Leadership experience Job Details: Company: Wells Fargo Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Melbourne, Victoria, AU Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacancyoptions.com
