Job Description: The primary focus of the Account Service Representative is to provide sales support to HLE Sales Team with focus on Insurance Replacement, Cargo Van Delivery Services and local small business. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate the setup of all accounts for HLE Sales Division Act as key point of contact for Sales team on account creation and Salesforce process Manage the full range of Insurance Replacement contract process from creating agreements, rate loading through contract signature and upload Serve as point of contact for Directors and Market Sales Executives (MSE’s) to support with customer service inquiries and invoicing requests Design new customized ad hoc and scheduled reports through Cognos Query Handle processing of all Nominated Upgrade Requests within Salesforce Create, schedule, and execute standard Customer Reporting – monthly/quarterly/annually Build relationships with account contacts and provide excellent customer service, where needed Maintain Delivery Service/Multi Month Point of Contact Report Job Requirements: Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Advanced Excel skills to include pivot tables Advanced PowerPoint skills to include creating and revising presentations Strong written and verbal communication skills Communicate effectively with outside clientele and within the Hertz Organization Ability to learn new programs, software and reports quickly Detail oriented, highly organized and ability to prioritize multiple projects Capable of working independently and in an open team environment Excellent customer service skills both in person and via phone Ability to adapt quickly to changes in business climate Excellent problem solving skills; research/investigate to find resolution Job Details: Company: Hertz Vacancy Type: Part Time Job Location: Naples, FL, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacancyoptions.com
