Job Responsibilities: Works on special HES projects as assigned Booking reservations for productions nationally Assist with the implementation and process of Charge Card applications (GCC/HCC) Liaise with Hertz Billing on invoice reconciliation Works closely with the field and HES leadership to meet customers’ needs, group goals, and service standards. Provide admin support for the Hertz Entertainment Services group nationwide Build relationships with national account contacts and provide excellent customer service Prepare correspondence for the Hertz Entertainment Service Group as necessary Maintain and update HES related information into databases such as Excalibur and Global Accounts Receivable Job Requirements: Excellent problem-solving skills; research/investigate to find resolution Ability to learn new programs, software, and reports quickly Ability to adapt quickly to changes in business climate Minimum of 5 years work experience Excellent customer service skills both in person and via phone Excellent Communication skills both oral and written Dash Advanced Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated ability to multi task High school graduate, some college preferred Capable of working independently and in an open team environment Detail oriented, highly organized and ability to prioritize multiple projects Knowledge of Dash/Excalibur preferred Job Details: Company: Hertz Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Ft.
