Job Description: CEC Entertainment, the global leader in family entertainment and operator of Chuck E. Cheese and Peter Piper Pizza restaurants has an immediate opening at our Corporate Support Center based in Irving, Texas for a Brand Manager, Birthdays and Events. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and collaborative, working closely with IT, Operations, Finance, Purchasing, Marketing leadership, and third-party agencies to drive results in this key business layer. The Brand Manager, Birthdays and Events will develop and execute recommendations to drive revenue and profitability across Chuck E. Cheese Birthdays and Events. This role will be the marketing lead on promotions management, pricing, and product offerings to uncover new opportunities and grow these key occasions. The successful candidate should have strong experience in brand management and consumer marketing, as well as an analytical mindset. This individual will collaborate with marketing department peers, strategy team, operations, IT, and purchasing to develop and execute programs and promotions. Job Responsibilities: Charged with growing overall birthday party bookings and events. Maintains market awareness of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities. Provides guidance on website booking experience (Birthday and Event Reservation Site). Possess ability to analyze data and communicate recommendations. Works cross-functionally with operations, learning and development, entertainment, purchasing, IT, and throughout marketing disciplines to ensure a seamless experience for the brand and guests. Uses insights and current landscape to “test and learn” new initiatives that can be scaled nationally, if successful. Collaborates with Purchasing to source new, on-trend birthday items that align with brand standards while maintaining margins and maximizing value. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years of relevant brand marketing experience required. Organizational skills to assist in managing multiple projects and tasks. Ability to multi-task, working independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Excellent data analysis skills with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint presentation. Critical thinking and complex problem-solving. Strong project management processes and disciplines. Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment. Must be detailed orientated, self-motivated, and can take initiative. Experience in birthday parties or events marketing and guest experience working at national, multi-unit brand, restaurant, or family entertainment center preferred. Ability to travel as needed.
