Job Description: Uses analysis and design techniques to identify problems with existing HR data management and security. Responsible for designing solutions to resolve issues, including building a sustainable data management framework and COE training/reinforcement program to enable democratization of data and allow it to be easily consumable downstream. Design data and security principles to be future-focused and to support enterprise goals. Job Responsibilities: Role-based Security – design extensible role-based security model that can be applied to PeopleSoft and other systems implemented as part of a five-year transformational HR roadmap; include principles that hold true for broader application throughout the organization, e.g. provisioning system and tool security in partnership with IT organization Analysis of “As Is” and “To Be” – document "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required Documentation and Back Up – create and maintain technical and/or user documentation to a high standard Business Requirements Identification - collect business requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals Data Management – drive implementation of data management system with support from senior colleagues; develop and operate the system to deliver prescribed outcomes Job Requirements: Works well autonomously and provides technical guidance when required on analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making Proven experience developing appropriate action plans based on business requirements analysis, compliance needs, and ability of the organization to absorb change High degree of attention to detail Operate well under pressure and adapt quickly to change Demonstrated ability to be solution-oriented Minimum 5 years of data and security management experience Experienced at managing and configuring PeopleSoft security (use of dynamic role assignment and other security automations) Experience bridge-builder between HCMs and data warehouses, preferred Strong organizational, analytical, communication and critical thinking skills Job Details: Company: Domino's Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Fayetteville, NC, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacancyoptions.com
