Administer the Epicor ERP Systems, which covers the system administration, database administration, technical troubleshooting, and most importantly reports writing and reports troubleshooting utilizing Crystal and SSRS reporting tools. Also responsible for the security administration of the system to ensure that only the proper access is given to users on the Epicor system and ensure that the system is always secure and maintained. Responsible to lead any additional implementation requirements within the Group companies.
- Any other ad hoc administrative duty as requested by the Line Manager or Management staff.
- Writes technical specifications for development purposes working with the ERP Consultants.
- Assists other functional and/or technical ERP specialist as part of the users’ support effort.
- Oversee and execute small to medium technical projects as requested.
- Ensure and maintain system/process/training documentation and ensuring proper signoffs.
- Part of a team providing day-to-day system support to end users.
- Ensure and perform impact analysis on incoming service/support requests, specific to complexity & effort estimate. Develop and test new processes/system functionalities.
- Experience in Integration with third party applications – Service Connect workflows.
- Application Server: Epicor ERP Application management, IIS, Updates, Files Synchronization between App Servers.
- At least 7 years of total IT and Business experience.
- Experience with Forms Customization, Custom Quick Searches, Dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT related discipline.
- Epicor Training and Certification and also MS SQL Certification is a must or must at least commit to a certification path.
- At least 5+ years of experience with Epicor ERP System from a technical and SQL database prospective, writing reports and troubleshooting reports.
- 5+ extensive experience in SQL DB Administration
