Job Description:
The Phone Book is one of the UK’s most well known brands, and makes a significant contribution to Enterprises’ EBITDA. Our strategy is to evolve and develop to keep up with users requirements and advertisers needs.
The role holder will be responsible for day to day product/portfolio management of the Phone Book’s digital and online products. This will include supporting all commercial aspects e.g. financial aspects including pricing, revenue growth, cost reductions, and in-life product/service management.
You will support the Product Manager to develop the products in line with the requirements of our new and existing customers, gain a solid understanding of their business needs for advertising/marketing and develop the product roadmap to the customers’ requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain and communicate essential product information to key stakeholders through appropriate collateral and channels.
- Manage Phone Book’s online content and design.
- Results orientated, pro-active, positive and enthusiastic approach.
- Excellent understanding and use of analytical tools, techniques and behaviors.
- To understand the activities and timescales as required for their work area and to contribute to the overall Phone Book team performance to deliver effectively against our target and goals set for the team.
- To manage, coordinate and support key projects and work streams for the digital and online products.
- Execute commercial strategy to optimise both short and long-term contribution from the Phone Book.
- Work to ensure customer satisfaction (including complaint handling and resolution), conducting product materials and workshops.
- Drive and support the in-life product plan, pricing strategy, and product development road map.
- Support Operations and Sales to help achieve their KPIs.
Job Requirements:
- A proactive approach in tackling issues and ability to identify and implement solutions.
- Able to communicate effectively, build and maintain strong relationships.
- Experience of owning a P&L to achieve budgets and revenue targets
- Experience in Product Management and Commercial role
- Relevant experience in a product management role and digital/online products.
- In-depth knowledge pf digital and online products
