Propositions Specialist – All IP, Digital & Migration, is highly visible and influential role which brings together market and customer insight, P&L objectives to create a compelling, customer-centric set of digital and migration propositions to incentivise and enable customers to move off traditional products to IP.
This role will lead the business cases to underpin these propositions whilst also having ownership of continually evaluating and evolving propositions based on new evidence or customer trends. They will drive the Go To Market and commercial realisation of the proposition benefits for Enterprise.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure BT maximises the benefits from digital enablement of its migration propositions across sales and service teams.
- Provide commercial and customer impacts to the product or platform withdrawal strategy and All-IP plan.
- Build a migration roadmap incorporating all Enterprise propositions and dependencies relevant for planned migrations.
- Embed the customer migration plans within the All-IP and business unit financial plans.
- Conduct insight and analysis to develop the digital-led migration proposition portfolio for the Enterprise customer base matching customer use cases with the customer IP destination.
- To lead the development of digital propositions to the BT customer base & new acquisition based on the insight and customer need with defined benefits, costs and value to BT Enterprise.
- Accountable for developing the proposition bringing in relevant functions/roles required.
- Ensure key stakeholders are engaged and the voice of the customer and segment requirements are understood.
- Manage in-life the migration propositions ensuring it is still fit for the market and customer needs. Develop changes or recommend withdrawal of the proposition.
Job Requirements:
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience
- Experience of managing digital products & propositions (desirable)
- Managing customer incentives
- Experience of managing virtual teams
- Delivering proposition roadmaps relating to solutions
- Managing products / services propositions to meet varied customer requirements
- Defining / delivering compelling tactical propositions
