Job Description:

The Wholesale Partner portal underpins the Wholesale strategy and approach to its channel partners. It will be the linchpin for our campaign and marketing activity and will drive incremental revenue with our channel partners. It will be a key part of our Partner programme and will massively change how we engage with our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create white labelled content that can easily be shared within the partner community – adding value to BT Wholesale’s strategy and generating more visibility in the market for the BT Wholesale brand.
  • Plan integrated go-to-market strategies and campaigns including email campaigns, partner events and help to build brand awareness and strengthen BT Wholesale’s market position.
  • Use an insight led approach to campaigns to deliver maximum ROI
  • Responsible for developing, evolving and implementing BT Wholesale partner marketing program and managing incentives for selected groups of partners.
  • Collaborate with campaign marketing managers, props, commercial and sales teams to develop customer facing partner demand gen and partner enablement marketing materials.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders in key channel partners (customers) to drive maximum value and cultivate strong relationships with partners, acting as their key marketing contact.
