Busch Gardens Jobs – CDL Tram Driver

Job Description:

As a Tram Driver, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities in order to get our guests and team members where they want to go, including working all positions within the Traffic Department. This includes parking lot positions, tollbooths, pet kennels, and driver positions. You will:

Job Responsibilities:

• Make announcements on the tram with a microphone
• Maintain area cleanliness
• Handle large amounts of cash when collecting parking fees
• Direct cars in the parking lot
• Complete all opening and closing procedures
• Maintain positive appearance of the parking lot
• Provide exceptional, professional guest service in a team environment
• Operate trams to transport guests and team members from remote parking sites
• Provide crowd control for our courtesy tram operation
• Assist guests with wheelchairs or strollers on/off tram

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
• Ability to meet company driving guidelines
• Ability to communicate effectively, including speaking on a microphone
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
• You must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to maintain a valid DOT physical card
• Possession of one of the following valid Florida CDL licenses:
