Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain customer satisfaction, personally respond to customers in timely fashion
• Act as a management liaison with clients, park guests and other departments
• Coordinate interdepartmental and external requests and communications
• Develop and coordinate daily schedules
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Coach/counsel Education staff
• Closely monitor budgeted labor and revenue goals
• Assist with any education programming needs
• Manage daily park and tour operations
• Maintain professionalism at all times

Job Requirements:

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working around animals
• Able to lift, push/pull at least 25 pounds
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or active pursuit of degree if not completed at time of employment
• Working knowledge of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full availability with no restrictions
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to manage time and priorities effectively with little or absence of direct supervision
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Able to work indoors/outdoors with or without A/C for entire shift
• Able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent cash handling skills
• Comfortable working in or around water
