Job Responsibilities: Maintain customer satisfaction, personally respond to customers in timely fashion Act as a management liaison with clients, park guests and other departments Coordinate interdepartmental and external requests and communications Develop and coordinate daily schedules Perform other duties as assigned Coach/counsel Education staff Closely monitor budgeted labor and revenue goals Assist with any education programming needs Manage daily park and tour operations Maintain professionalism at all times Job Requirements: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Comfortable working around animals Able to lift, push/pull at least 25 pounds Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or active pursuit of degree if not completed at time of employment Working knowledge of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
