Job Description:

Responsible for ensuring business-critical product and location data is accurately created, maintained and governed in internal and external systems. This position will serve as technical support for relevant systems, and will collaborate with business partners to define business processes, create policies and enhance systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the operational workflows and timelines associated with the Product, Recipe and Location domains
• Perform inventory systems programming tasks including, but not limited to, creation & maintenance of ingredients, recipes and products, creation & maintenance of user accounts, and creation & maintenance of restaurant locations and company hierarchy
• Manage the POS infrastructure by following and developing new procedures and best practices for managing system configuration changes, terminal images, and software upgrades
• Serve as a consultant to business partners by providing recommendations to enhance the collection and integrity of their data
  Intermediate troubleshooting of POS/Back Office issues
• Analyze, design, configure, test, document, and deploy enhancements or bug fixes according to Operations and Marketing team’s business requirements
• Manage vendors, and communicate with franchisee partners and personnel to drive issues to resolution
• Assist with governance and quality assurance of data elements by monitoring systems and reports, propose system and/or process enhancements and participate in testing.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
• Strong work ethic; commitment to seeing duties completed at a high standard of quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both internally and externally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong background in analysis both quantitative and qualitative
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must possess approximately three (3) years of food purchasing responsibility preferably foodservice
• Working knowledge of product specifications and distribution
