Job Description: This position is primarily is responsible for providing routine maintenance, cleaning, and administrative support at the Restaurant Support Center (RSC). This role serves as the key point of contact for facility-related needs performs semi-skilled and unskilled tasks for renovations, maintenance and repairs related to the facilities equipment and assets. Interacts with all levels of staff to ensure we are providing a productive environment and services to support the work performed. Ensures timely completion of all work and that highest quality and safety standards are kept. Provides back up administrative support and receptionist desk coverage as needed. Job Responsibilities: Accepts, logs, and coordinates freight and shipments at the main dock, notifies recipient of arrival, and transports to receiving area(s). Sorts mail prepares out going courier/freight shipments, and order necessary supplies as needed. Performs administrative tasks such as invoicing, filing and data entry as needed. Manages employee/visitor access to issue/update/delete badge passes, as necessary. Coordinates and performance varying maintenance requests including routine repairs and move requests. Interfaces with maintenance vendors as needed for advanced repairs of all suite equipment: HVAC, janitorial, records management, test kitchen service, etc. Performs routine maintenance of multi-functional copiers, A/V equipment, furniture, and break room equipment. Orders inventory, stock items, delivers copier paper, and supplies throughout the RSC. Maintains break room and other break areas by providing items for stocking drawers and other areas. Provides backup coverage for the reception desk. Performs related receptionist duties including managing phone calls, greeting employees, and visitors Conducts routine CDC recommended cleaning throughout the RSC. Provides project management support to the Office Manager for facilities related projects in the office: i.e. furniture reconfigurations, minor construction, and capital improvement projects. Job Requirements: Must have strong work ethics and a high level of confidentiality to ensure proper handling of sensitive information Must exhibit professionalism, excellent interactive skills, and strong customer service Working knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Word and Excel) and Google, and ability to learn new software quickly Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable DMV report Proficient oral and written communication skills; communicates effectively with various contacts (internal and external). High School Diploma/General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required. Minimum two (2) years of experience in facilities maintenance and general office support.
