You will guide customers through the paperwork associated with vehicle sales and support the functions of all store departments. By handling administrative details for our store, you will ensure that our customers receive an iconic customer experience. Job Responsibilities:
- Complete administrative tasks to support all store departments
- Communicate effectively with customers and business partners
- Maintain coverage at information desk and answer multi-line phone system
- Provide customer service by greeting customers and guiding them through paperwork
Job Requirements:
- Thrive in a fast-paced office environment
- Customer service experience
- Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
- Basic computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
