Job Description: A change manager focuses on the people and process aspects of change. Their mission is to prepare the organization for the business process, role, organization structure, and technology changes resulting from the project. This role is key to maximizing the realization of benefits through successful adoption and proficient use of technology. Change managers identify the impact of change on people, get them ready for the change, and handle any resistance to change. Job Responsibilities: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Provider Contracting and Network Performance products Align and collaborate with project delivery team members to develop and manage work plans for Change Management related activities Develop and manage Change Management strategies and plans, using proven Change Management methodologies and related tools Execute on change management deliverables and providing regular updates on status Design, develop and implement a communication strategy for Change programs and initiatives Drive engagement, awareness and preparedness for change through a robust stakeholder engagement strategy Partner with Communications experts within the team to deliver on a communication strategy Develop strong, credible relationships with Experience Owners and operational leaders Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral, communicate effectively with senior management, process owners, stakeholders, and other audiences through various communication methods Work closely with key business leaders and stakeholders to understand implications of change across multiple business units Lead efforts to drive faster adoption, utilization and proficiency of changes that impact employees with a focus on increasing benefit realization Job Requirements: Proven ability to develop strong working relationships and establish credibility across organizational levels Project Management certifications (e.g. PMP, CAPM) a plus Build and maintain a positive working relationship with teammates and matrix partners Ability to engage, influence and communication effectively through multiple levels of the organizational structure Demonstrated ability dealing with ambiguity when driving a change management strategy, while also acting with urgency Strong, demonstrated presentation skills, including both development and delivery of content Experience and broad knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices; Certification in the Prosci® model (or another equivalent Change Management certification) is a plus Experience supporting change management initiatives in a medium to large scale business environment Ability to adapt style and approach to different projects and programs Bachelor’s degree required – or equivalent business experience Familiarity with Agile project management approaches, tools and phases of the project and product lifecycle Exception communication skills – both written and verbal Two or more years of organizational change management or applicable experience required Continually strive to improve their own skills and competencies by demonstrating initiative to participate in ongoing coaching and training programs Job Details: Company: Cigna Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Pittsburgh, PA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacancyoptions.com
