Job Description:

We’re seeking a self-starter and results-driven Enterprise Marketing Manager to drive our Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts. This leader will build one-to-one, one-to-few, and broad-based marketing initiatives to drive sales pipeline and engagement with high-value accounts. Reporting to the Director of Digital & Media Strategy on Comcast Advertising’s Enterprise Marketing team, the person in the role will architect the company’s account-based marketing playbook to leverage across verticals and business lines. As well as establishing the best practices for demand generation marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow existing, and document evolving, ABM best practices and playbooks.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and support teams to align all ABM go-to-market activity.
  • Test and optimize campaign activities to maximize ROI and make data-driven decisions. Provide reports to key stakeholders.
  • Manage and adhere to budget allocation.
  • Build strong relationships with sales leaders to understand their respective business lines and partner on the ABM plans.
  • Leverage marketing automation, CRM and ABM tools and technology to track pipeline growth, ROI and the success of ABM campaign performance.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage outside vendors (e.g. technology partners, data providers, agencies) that may contribute to named-account marketing.
  • Train other marketing and sales partners how to leverage various ABM content, campaigns, and technologies.
  • Work with functions in sales and marketing to define and establish workflows (e.g. campaign personalization and execution, lead hand-offs)
  • Strategize with other demand generation stakeholders on lifecycle nurture programs.
  • Create campaign plans and all supporting materials including, but not limited to, content marketing (guides, infographics, video,) emails, landing pages, display, and direct mails.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong reporting capabilities and the ability to provide insights and analyze ABM programs.
  • 5+ years related experience in B2B marketing/demand generation with 2+ years in ABM/enterprise marketing.
  • Experience collaborating with teams in multiple locations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.
  • Proven experience of successful collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Cool, calm, and collected demeanor under pressure.
  • Extreme attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate written skills to drive personalization and relevance.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Familiar with marketing automation platforms (Marketo and/or HubSpot,) CRM Systems (Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce,) and ABM specific software (e.g., DemandBase.)
  • Proven people leadership skills, with 2+ years of direct people management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving, negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Experience executing innovative, multi-channel ABM programs for enterprise accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, experience with Excel and PowerPoint a must
