We have an exciting opportunity for a driven, talented, and self-motivated individual to join our award-winning in-house communications team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate, identify, and minimise emerging issues, which may negatively impact the Group’s corporate reputation with regards to food, health, marketing, IT and digital.
  • Support the delivery of a proactive reputation strategy around health which supports the strategic priorities of the business, organisation transformation, as well as protecting and promoting the brand
  • Work with Marketing, IT and Digital Managers and Assistant Managers cross functional colleagues to be part of decision-making conversations around the Marketing calendar
  • Build strong relationships with Managers and Assistant Managers to implement brand building campaigns that positively influence engagement, behaviour, and sales to protect Domino’s position as culturally relevant and the category leader
  • Provide insights, data, and intelligence on social, economic and political developments to enable the business to successfully negotiate the external environment
  • Support the Food & Digital Communications Manager internal stakeholder management by building strong relationships with functional
  • Managers and Assistant Managers, establishing yourself as a trusted and respected source of strategic counsel
  • Help guide the Marketing Team and encourage responsible marketing in line with political and social developments
  • Support and help facilitate the Marketing, Digital and IT teams’ knowledge of protocol in terms of crisis management protocol
  • Play a key role in the Health Steering Group, ensuring the Leadership team are well prepared with relevant information and context as a basis for decision making
  • Work with the two agencies to engage influential national consumer affairs and issue relevant journalists to ensure Domino’s enjoys a positive understanding of its brand, leaning on personal media contacts when required

Job Requirements:

  • Tech savvy, with a good understanding of technological trends and innovations
  • Experience of working directly with senior management
  • Good understanding of the social, political, and economic environment in the UK and Ireland
  • Excellent organisational skills including the ability to produce high quality work to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment
  • Educated to degree level in Corporate Affairs, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Organised and remains calm under pressure
  • Strong ability to digest and interpret complex and detailed information
  • Commitment to deliver and exceed expectations
  • Good understanding of consumer trends, including the influencer environment
  • Experience across a broad range of communications disciplines – ideally both internal and external – including supporting effective multi-channel campaigns “but definitely consumer PR”
