Job Description:
Working within the Data & Insights team, the role of the Senior Digital Marketing Analyst is to bring to life customers online journey with Domino’s and optimise our marketing activity across all digital channels. The role is about using data and analytics to provide insights and recommendation into the performance of our ecommerce channels, test activity and marketing strategies to deliver against our digital plans.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote the value and opportunity of digital analytics by working cross functionally with the Data and Insights, Digital and Marketing teams
- Harmonise our digital data, ensuring excellent data quality; creating one clear, single version of the truth across all our reporting through automation and regular data audits
- Collaborate with external data providers and third-party tools to ensure we are delivering the best in class in digital marketing analytics
- Prioritise and review digital marketing campaign activity using appropriate test and learn methods; what works and what could be improved
- Build trusted partnerships and action-oriented outputs with senior stakeholders, including franchisees to demonstrate added value to profitability and system growth
- Build testing methodologies to analyse and optimise the effectiveness of our spend across digital channels, helping to maximise return on investment and improve results
- Comply with all legal and Company policies and procedures regarding health and safety to ensure you work in a manner that keeps you and your colleagues safe.
- Use data and analytics to tell a story and provide actionable digital marketing insights which can be communicated across the business to drive opportunities at Domino’s
Job Requirements:
- Ability to communicate messages effectively and engage with senior stakeholders
- Degree in marketing, economics, mathematics, business or similar
- Specific model building experience, from design and proof of concept through to full scale production solutions. Experience of marketing-specific modelling techniques is desirable.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing/analytics role
- Build strong, effective relationships with franchisees and colleagues across the business to develop a data-informed culture across our ways of working
- Experience of SQL
- Advanced experience of Google Analytics, BigQuery, Tableau and comfortable working with large datasets to extract key insights
- Demonstrable experience in analysing and measuring online marketing campaigns e.g. organic/paid search, PPC, display, social
