Door Dash Application – Sr Salesforce Administrator

Job Description:

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to become an expert in how our company operates and provide direction for a rapidly scaling industry. As a Senior Salesforce Administrator you will work with Program Managers, Technical Architects and Business Stakeholders to co-create processes and frameworks to help our sales organization run effectively and efficiently in order to support business strategies and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with Program Managers and Technical Architects to craft the optimal solutions to the business problems identified by business leadership and internal stakeholders
• Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features and best practices. Make recommendations to management regarding implementation as appropriate
• Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools into a solution to support our business unit stakeholders
• Strong project management skills desired; ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables at once while keeping tight and ever-changing deadlines is a must
• Knowledge of ETL integrations with connected databases
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud technical requirements, system configuration and user requirements
• Provide on-going support and system administration to quickly fix issues with Salesforce.coms.

Job Requirements:

• Able to manage multiple Salesforce initiatives simultaneously
• 5+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator
• Experienced with all phases of the system development life cycle
• Deep understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript capabilities
• Thorough understanding of salesforce system limits to build at scale
• A strong team player
• BA/BS/Masters in Economics, Business, Engineering, or other quantitative field
• Analytically strong with A+ written and verbal communications skills
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
• Strong understanding of Release Management process and CI/CD
• Experience in supporting, designing, and developing Salesforce.com in a large enterprise environment
• A self-motivated Salesforce enthusiast who thrives in a fast-paced environment
