Job Description:

Strategy & Operations Sr. Associates are the heart and soul of DoorDash. They are responsible for the development and growth of our business. In short, Sr. Associates are critical to the success of DoorDash! As a key member of the newly launched International Team, the Sr. Associate will be responsible for developing DoorDash’s international expansion strategy and coordinating successful country launches. This person will drive performance and accountability across a cross-functional team and ensure launches and projects are executed seamlessly and on time.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Influence – Work cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Merchant, Sales, Platform, BD, and Marketing teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve new market opportunities
  • Experiment – Use data-driven decision-making and sound business judgment to run tests on everything from delivery times to the selection of merchants on the platform
  • Build – Design and implement scalable initiatives to provide a world-class operation
  • Engage – Implement scalable initiatives and best practices to provide a world-class operation
  • Strategize – Innovate and work on unique strategies across our three-sided marketplace
  • Operate – Figure out how to get from A to B–then actually make it happen.
  • Analyze – Build models to evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of various programs and experiments

  • You have advanced modelling + Excel skills and familiarity with SQL is a big plus
  • You are a relationship-builder – You can influence and motivate people at all levels across a variety of job functions
  • You have a proven track record of project and performance management excellence
