Job Responsibilities: The role has responsibility for the accounting and control over IT, Data and Projects. The role provides a business partnership between the business owners and the financial performance of easyJet for IT, Data and Projects. The role has responsibility for ensuring business delivery and performance and for driving action where performance does not meet business requirements. The role provides both current (actuals) and future performance analysis and gives guidance on Forecasts, Budgets and 5yr plans. The role supports and monitors cost saving initiatives in IT, Data and Projects. Qualification & Experience: Strong knowledge of business strategy development, business process management, budgeting and business operations. Proven experience in managing and developing talent and driving high performance Excellent project management skills and proven leadership and communication ability.
