Job Description:

  • The purpose of this role is to drive efficient traffic and booking growth by executing spend and campaigns across key digital performance channels namely PPC, but also including Display, Metasearch, Social & Affiliates

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand easyJet commercial objectives and trading conditions, using these to inform decision making – translating these into Acquisition focused targets
  • Working both with the agency and hands-on to ensure timely delivery of new campaigns and campaign changes
  • Work with the easyJet teams to explore cross sell opportunities and work cross functionally to ensure effective joined up delivery of key marketing campaigns
  • From a standpoint of being channel agnostic, work with internal teams such as Analysis, Commercial, CRO and
  • Marketing across easyJet and easyJet Holidays to identify the best and most efficient channel usage to hit KPIs
  • Manage the day to day relationships with key external agency and supplier partners (Google, Bing, Facebook, TripAdvisor… etc.)
  • Work with the Marketing team to ensure all digital assets meet easyJet Holidays brand guidelines
  • Work with the Analytics team team to provide a full suite of Acquisition reports with a key focus on using the reporting to optimize all activity to strive for continuous improvement
  • Close working relationship with the audience / martech / analytics teams to ensure we’re able to identify and target the right audience across the core channels with the right campaigns
  • Day to day set-up, management and optimization of the airline and holidays PPC campaigns / spend

Qualification & Experience:

  • Able to develop, design and input in to new processes in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work in a cross-functional, matrixes environment where multiple priorities need to be managed
  • Self-motivated, with ability to work autonomously, organizing time and prioritizing workload.
    Experience in running digital performance marketing activity within in a highly commercially ecommerce environment
  • Proven decision making ability
  • Highly commercial, numerate with a good level of analytical skills
  • Very interested in the Digital Acquisition space – keeping up to date with key industry blogs and news
    Good working knowledge of PPC, Affiliates, Meta & Display
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build productive relationships both internally and externally with clear evidence of influencing skills
  • Strong, hands-on experience of driving growth using PPC (both Google and Bing via SearchAds360)
  • Able to demonstrate good communication skills that reflect self-awareness and confidence
  • Ability to work and deal with ambiguity in a changing international environment
  • Good working knowledge of automated bid management platforms
  • Good working knowledge of DMPs & DSPs
