The Commercial Development Manager develops leads and manages the commercial education strategy within the Affiliate Commercial organization and delivers on all aspects of brand agnostic education content multiple disciplines (e.g Sales Coaching, Customer Service, Retail Ops, Compliance).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement and deliver digital training with retail teams
  • Be the Commercial lead for virtual selling initiatives, activities and best practices and tracking across the affiliate
  • Measure and monitor the uptake of online/virtual commercial development
  • Developing and executing the Affiliate Commercial Development Strategy
  • Monitor and analyse consumer satisfaction results and service KPIs & provide recommendations to improve performance
  • Montior and manager processes such as uniform allocation and gratis for the retail teams

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in strategic planning, execution and change management
  • Exceptional communication skills (internal and external customers), ability to motivate people, well groomed, fashion awareness.
  • Well organized; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
  • Make Up Artistry skills an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree; tertiary or equivalent 3+ years of work experience in the relevant field
  • Team player with self-initiative; exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments and to assist with various ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Positive attitude with a can-do mentality, demonstrating continuous improvement is a must.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced retail organization or beauty industry experience
  • Your ability to prioritise, organise and follow up key concerns will ensure you execute your tasks thoroughly so that all issues are addressed and managed with success.
