Job Description: Our assistant boutique managers are brand ambassador that take pride in carrying the company value of man-made approach and mindfulness. Their main mission is to achieve the sales goal of the store fostering the brand culture of craftsmanship and unique in-store experiences. With the help of her/his team, he/she will be responsible to grow a strong business. Job Responsibilities: Build client database by gathering all clients information Assist in conducting monthly Inventory Motivate and coach the team to achieve boutique target Assist the store manager on the training of new hires Warmly engage with clients to introduce the brand and our collections and share knowledge on the art of fine perfumery, Partner with the SM in running the day-to-day store operations.
