Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and provide new distribution options to meet company goals
  • Ensure Annual/ Monthly cycle count reporting/measurable KPI’s are enabled with monthly reports generated to reflect stock variance by SKU/Quantity and value.
  • Accountable for the compliant adjustments to stock between ELC and Stock at Vendor.
  • Responsible for the stock level KPI reporting by Vendor for Blocked, Excess and obsolescence.
  • Complies with all prescribed Safety, SOX and GMP procedures.
  • Review reports to ensure timely inventory transfer from plant to permanent third-party production facilities
  • Responsible for root causing and resolving inventory discrepancies identified through the controls from execution, rework and external pack off activities to ensure that material can flow on time and in full.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with Third Party Logistics vendors, Estee Lauder stakeholders
  • Documents and owns logistics related SOP’s to align with auditable process requirements
  • Setting up and maintaining Monthly inventory controls, checks and reporting for inventory levels (off all types), adjustments to and from the warehouses with the appropriate sign off (Comparison reports, DAVs/QNs).
  • Actively supports Continuous Improvement initiatives to drive Right first-time mentality.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Distribution experience required
  • Must be able to read, write and understand English
  • Ability to teach and train internal and external heads.
  • Have high levels of agility considering work locations and able to travel to vendor locations (PA/NJ Travel)
  • Able to travel within US 3PL network to support the roles requirements
  • Self-motivated, Starter-finisher with high level to attention to detail
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills and drive accountability
  • Must have strong PC and SAP skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and multi-task
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Higher level of Excel and proficient MS Office computer skills
