GEICO is looking for bright and driven future leaders to join our accelerated Leadership Development Program in the Centralized Services career track. In this management trainee program, you’ll spend 1-1.5 years* learning about one of four unique insurance operations: Glass Claims, Accident Tow, Emergency Roadside Service or Salvage Total Loss Claims. The goal of this entry-level, fast-track management training program is to develop future business leaders to help us continue on our path of steady growth, profitability and success. As a management trainee, you will learn what makes GEICO the fastest growing auto insurer in the U.S. and the choice of more than 19 million customers.

As a management trainee, in the Leadership Development Program, you will learn about what makes GEICO the fastest growing auto insurer in the U.S. and the choice of more than 19 million customers. You will be provided with a solid foundation for leading a team within our Centralized Services department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gain hands-on experience doing the job you’ll one day supervise
  • Work to meet goals and achieve top results
  • Receive mentoring from management
  • Attend industry-leading training and pass necessary insurance exams
  • Attend management preparation classes toward the end of your program
  • Work on projects that are critical to the department’s success
  • Coach associates and assist in their career development

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience on campus, within the community and/or at work
  • Highly effective communication and presentation skills
  • Solid computer, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • At least a 2.5 cumulative undergraduate GPA
  • Bachelor’s degree required
