Job Description:

  • In this role, you will work in partnership with the Regional Head of Merchandising, Americas to secure optimal stock levels and profitability. You will set the allocation and reduction strategies within the US omni channels, support in setting selling strategies to ensure profitable net growth, and follow up on the supply and demand planning for all markets within Region Americas. Acting as a leader, you support the long-term brand vision by focusing on Customer Experience and Team Development, while driving the Strategic Direction for Region Americas.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maximize the selling across omni channels by analyzing and identifying opportunity in optimizing concept mix in cooperation with Regional Head of Merchandising, America, Store Design, Expansion, e-Commerce and Visual teams
  • Follow up on stores and online with limited assortment and concept changes
  • Create, drive and follow up weekly commercial focuses across Omni channels
  • Identify best practices and drive these in the commercial plan for next year across Omni channels. Share these with the
  • Regional Merchandising Manager, North America and Sales Team to influence the overall level of Merchandising across Omni channels
  • Maintain consistent overview of sales within all concepts across omni channels
  • Ad hoc analysis to strengthen the costumer offer and identify selling potential across Omni channels
  • Identify quantitative selling opportunities, set a strategy and initiate actions to drive together with the Merchandising Team
  • Support Regional Head of Merchandising, America in setting an Omni channel strategy.
  • Responsible, in partnership with Regional Head of Merchandising, America, for setting the allocation and replenishment strategy across Omni channels. You carry out store segmentation based on selling
  • Secure profitability, optimal stock levels and composition by supporting in setting reduction strategies in line with the financial and commercial plan for Omni channels
  • Set initial Omni channel allocation and replenishment strategy for the US together with Regional Head of Merchandising America and Supply Chain Merchandise Managers. Follow up and support SCM-team through technical analysis
  • Work with Supply Chain Merchandise Managers and e-Comm team to initiate Omni channel initiative regarding stock management

Job Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to synthesize information and draw conclusions
  • Can think strategically, short and long term
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Interest in developing tools and reports
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coach and train all levels of employees on subject expert knowledge
  • Required domestic and international travel at least 10% of time

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Merchandising or Finance.
  • At least 5 years in a financial or business analyst position
  • Management experience preferred
