Job Description:

The Customer Insight Analyst is responsible for executing NPS implementation, data analysis & developing insights to improve Honda’s understanding of customer needs and pain points as a key member of the Customer Experience Division (CXD)’s Insights team

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute directed customer sentiment study improvements to ensure data supporting ‘metrics that matter’ are collected for CX Dashboard and
  • BU users (e.g., customer sentiment study centralization, vendor changes, methodology / approach / survey changes, etc.)
  • Analyze customer satisfaction (NPS Prism) study results, embodying a data-driven mindset to rapidly drive measurable customer experience improvement
  • Partner with BUs to channel high-impact customer insights; support development of closed-loop feedback systems to ensure insights lead directly to customer experience improvements
  • Support development & operations of the Honda CX Dashboard; support day-to-day design and planning work in partnership with vendor(s),
  • BUs, customer sentiment study managers, data analytics team, and IT

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years in Business Analysis including experience using statistical analysis or decision making
  • Experience with customer experience measurement & reporting, including working with external vendors
  • Experience working cross-functionally within a large enterprise; ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with numerous stakeholders and work collaboratively to drive impact as fast as possible
  • BS/BA Market Research / Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Strong data analysis & communication skills; ability to rapidly synthesize data to identify ‘metrics that matter’
  • Experience in presenting data clearly and persuasively both virtually and in person
  • Results-focused and able to easily shift from detailed data comprehension to “big picture” takeaways and consistently using data to support rapid cx decision-making
