Job Description:
The Analyst-Financial position supports the ongoing financial reporting and analysis of the Credit Union. Responsible for presenting and interpreting models in support of strategic planning, annual budget, product pricing, asset liability management and investment activity. Support the Accounting team with various reconcilements as well as HR Benefits billings. This position works closely with the Analyst team to support and cross-train on critical responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
- Technical and analytical skills to identify correlations between various groups of complex financial data
- Work with the Management Team to provide assistance in various projects, monthly reports, and product pricing
- Provide assistance to the accounting team on various projects, reconcilements, and benefits billings
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Three to Five years of experience working in the Financial Industry
- Must be a self-starter and able to work autonomously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel
- Advanced skills using databases and pivot tables preferred
