Job Description:

Develop the overall security strategy for your regional responsibility. You will focus on physical security of the corporate buildings, assets, transportation, and employees as well as performing risk and threat assessments. In this senior level position, you will focus on loss prevention strategies and improvements to enhance the overall risk profile of the business. You will directly support security operations and emergency response, as well as participate in improving the consistency and effectiveness of security and safety across the regional footprint.

Job Responsibilities:

• Risk assessments and vulnerability assessments.
• Project and program management.
• Engagement with customers, stakeholders, partners, and intelligence and law enforcement agencies in support of corporate requirements.
• Provides leadership across the security enterprise.
• Manages and supervises security professionals.
• Reports the Director for Global Security, Defense & Space and is responsible for:
• Development, implementation and execution of risk mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Must be U.S. Citizen due to contractual obligations
• 3+ years experience managing counter-threat, and counter-intelligence programs
• 5+ years experience in Security or Counter-Threat Programs
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience interacting with a variety of internal customers and external suppliers
• Familiarity with NISPOM, Physical Security, Construction of Closed Areas, managing NIPSOM/SAP ICD Programs
• Ability to develop and administer security programs for classified and sensitive but unclassified information or proprietary materials, documents and equipment
• Experience in industrial security or CI analytical experience
• Proven team leadership, customer service and process improvement skills
• 5+ years experience managing a team of 5+ employees
• Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and must currently hold at minimum, a DoD Secret clearance.
