Honeywell Building Technologies has an excellent opportunity for a Partner Account Manager to cover the North West region of the UK.
In this role you will be responsible for building customer relationships which result in profitable sales of our Trend, CentraLine and wider range of Honeywell building products.
You will be passionate about our customers and will be obsessed to create customer satisfaction that drives exceptional sales results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote emerging Internet of Things (IoT) software and hardware solutions that help improve healthiness, productivity, safety and wellbeing for the building occupants.
  • Use strategic planning tools to ensure your activities support the growth ambitions of our Partners, and align with Honeywell portfolio of products.
  • Identify opportunities for sales to our Partners where they are currently using an alternative solution. Find the win/win and successfully deploy our full portfolio in our Partner.
  • Work in an entrepreneurial manner to succeed in the challenge of growing both top line sales and profit contribution!
  • Manage existing Partners, building ever stronger relationships where we work in true partnership to deliver outstanding business results.
  • Assist with product selection based on technical and commercial criteria, helping our Partners deploy our solutions in a way that delights their end user.
  • Educate our partners on new product launches, product refresher training, industry trends and buildings of the future!
  • Support our Partners with their own Specifier and End-User meetings, demonstrating the strength of our relationship and why they should have confidence to make us their BMS of choice!

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline is beneficial.
  • A people person who builds professional, profitable, trusting long term relationships.
  • Excellent communicator both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, negotiate and close.
  • Demonstrated sales results to organizations of varying sizes and complexity.
  • Understands and is able to articulate a value proposition to customers
  • Experience in the BEMS industry is preferable.
