Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sr Sales Channel Rep to join our Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne operations team. You will be responsible for the overall successful delivery of the project including successful stakeholder management.
Job Responsibilities:
Fast-Paced, Semi-Autonomous Role, managing (planning and execution) all aspects of OEM Channel Sales, Marketing, Customer service, Technology promotion & support and product delivery throughout the covered areas – requires significant level or business travel mostly interstate
- Support existing customer base as well as qualify suitable new partners
- Directly report to the country or APAC Sales Leader
- Develop new business opportunities by leveraging internal & external customers, priorities opportunities and execute and convert it into real business
- A proficient understanding Sales and Technology
- Be a leader & key Sales person in the covered region
- Understand the growth strategy (STRAP) of the country and region, and executing it throughout the covered areas
- Process driven & outstanding organizational skills
- Directly measured by revenue target achievement and customer satisfaction
- Operate with a high level of integrity and adhere to company values
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Self-managed, good teamwork, proactive and strong execution
- Bachelor’s degree or above with strong technical background in field like computer or software, Automation Control or HVAC equipment etc
- 8+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Engineering, etc.
- Customer driven and service attitude.
- 8+ years of experience in Building Automation, IBMS, HVAC equipment management, Automation Controls in Commercial or Industrial market etc.
- A proficient understanding of software architecture concepts. Ability to explain them in both technical & general terms
