Job Description:
We are looking for experienced technical thought leader to provide Order To Cash (OTC) expertise and collaborate with IT business partners and teams to deliver business results for Integrated Supply Chain and Recurring Revenue initiatives. The OTC Technical Lead will help define requirements, ensure reliable technical information is documented, and provide thorough IT supply chain strategy throughout program execution. You must show proficiency in areas of Order Management, S/C MDM, and experience with S/4 HANA. Will be a key member of the HCE IT organization with specialization in the use of IT/digital technologies to fulfill business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working with Enterprise IT team for successful and on time project delivery
- Analysis and working to resolution issues found or reported
- Development of user training materials
- Conducting and assisting with user training
- SAP Order Management (SAP SD / Billing) subject matter expert
- Ensuring that GDM (Global design Model) policies are followed
- Communication to business of issues and changes
- AOP project Planning and Approval responsibilities
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with rates, cost & schedule, material movement
- Bachelor’s degree
- PMP designation
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter and able to self-direct is preferred.
- Strong leadership capabilities – able to lead team and facilitate meetings
- Strong presentation and communication skills with prior experience in presenting to large groups
- 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Technical Lead
- 3+ years of experience with SAP
