MK Electric, a Honeywell company, manufacture a comprehensive range of wiring devices, cable management and circuit protection products suitable for most construction sectors including housing, commercial, education, healthcare and industrial.
We are currently recruiting a Territory Sales Manager to be home based covering the Island of Ireland.
You should love customer conversations, evangelizing brands, and be passionate about helping our business transition to a subscription-based pricing model.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creation of area business plans to drive growth and profitability with Contractors and Wholesalers in your assigned geography.
  • Develop business relationships with contractors and in your geographic area.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.
  • Work with the Regional MK sales teams, Customer Service Team, and the wider HBT sales team on customer’s proposals and orders.
  • Develop business relationships with Branch Managers within the areas
  • Plan and prioritize customer/ client contact towards achieving agreed business aims and sales targets.
  • Work with the Product Management and product development teams to deliver new products.
  • Monitor and report on market trends and competitors.

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated results in large, sophisticated, matrix organizations is beneficial.
  • Understands and is able to articulate a value proposition to customers.
  • Effective communicator both internally and externally, Ability to form and manage customer relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, negotiate and close.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline is beneficial.
  • Beneficial to have experience in selling to the electrical industry, or electrical products.
