Job Responsibilities:

  • Regular client visits and calls to ensure clients are receiving a positive experience and the liquidity Regular client visits and calls to ensure clients are receiving a positive experience and their liquidity and transactional solutions are functioning to optimal levels.
  • Building and maintaining collaborative working relationships with relationship managers, client account managers and business partners to support clients daily service activities.
  • Delivering positive outcomes to enquiries and situations posed and experienced by clients in the corporate sector
  • Managing the transactional banking needs of a broad range of clients within our Corporate sector.
  • Providing proactive account management to a number of clients to achieve portfolio growth.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs in order to deliver positive outcomes to issues experienced by clients in corporate sector.

Job Requirements:

  • Broad experience as an account manager or servicing manager in the banking industry with in-depth knowledge of transactional banking solutions relating to all cash management products and services in the local market.
  • Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding client service management to clients with a range of a range of complex needs.
  • The ability to contribute to and be a part of a collaborative solutions focussed team.
  • Self-motivation and able to autonomously work towards achieving personal and team goals.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels, paying strong attention to detail.
