Job Description:

As our Program & Portfolio Mgmt. Agile Lead, at the Portfolio level, you’ll handle all delivery reporting associated to the US WPB IT Portfolio. Providing management reporting into our Monthly Delivery and Governance meetings. You’re constantly assuring issue resolution is on track, and/or advancing as the need arises to ensure issues stay on track. To thrive in this job, you’ll need experience tracking and reporting, writing executive summary papers and working with all levels of teams and Senior Management. The role involves a wide mix of strategic and BAU activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend weekly, fortnightly and/or monthly meetings to obtain and / or report on all US WPB delivery
• Think creatively to find a better approach to streamline existing processes
• Working with Senior Stakeholders
• Manage the monthly Delivery cycle to deliver country and global reporting requirements
• Ensure these reports meet all requirements including detailed information as well as summarized management information consumable by Senior leadership

Job Requirements:

• Monthly reporting to requisite governance forums
• Has experience delivering on large scale (10M+) implementations
• Has an expert understanding how to manage and execute the Delivery Life Cycle
• Manipulation of global reports for US review by individual teams, monthly reporting
• Experience in a business management and/or the PPM discipline
• Has enough Financial acumen to understand plan and spend at a portfolio level and translate trends and issues, simplifying complex information and articulate in a significant way to wide and varied audience
• Advanced Excel skills; proficient in PowerPoint, JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to work flexibly, taking early or late calls on occasion, flexible to travel on occasion
• Accustomed to working with little direction, self-starter, highly organized and able to prioritize multiple concurrent work streams and challenging deadlines
