Job Description: The role of Performance & Reward Analyst supports the Head of Performance & Reward and the Performance & Reward Manager to implement the performance and reward agenda in Australia and New Zealand by providing data-driven insights and support. Job Responsibilities: Undertaking market benchmarking Providing quality external market information and analysis to ensure our people are remunerated competitively Managing other local reward initiatives, including gender pay reporting, annual minimum salary analysis and superannuation guarantee increase activities Keeping abreast of market remuneration practices, latest trends and competitor offerings Managing reward market data submissions Supporting the implementation of the global performance management framework and providing local expertise Managing regulatory reporting including the Workplace Gender Equality Agency compliance reporting. Supporting the annual performance appraisal process to ensure all employees are provided with a year-end performance appraisal outcome in line with global guidelines. Supporting the annual pay review process including systems testing and support, analysis and reporting, data checks and partnering with Payroll. Job Requirements: Ability to develop and maintain reward models for use within Performance & Reward and by non-reward professionals Understanding of current reward trends A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, HR or Finance). Performance and Reward experience, ideally from Banking or consultancy background. Analytical and highly numerate, with an ability to interpret data from multiple sources and provide insights.
