Job Description:

The role of Performance & Reward Analyst supports the Head of Performance & Reward and the Performance & Reward Manager to implement the performance and reward agenda in Australia and New Zealand by providing data-driven insights and support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking market benchmarking
  • Providing quality external market information and analysis to ensure our people are remunerated competitively
  • Managing other local reward initiatives, including gender pay reporting, annual minimum salary analysis and superannuation guarantee increase activities
  • Keeping abreast of market remuneration practices, latest trends and competitor offerings
  • Managing reward market data submissions
  • Supporting the implementation of the global performance management framework and providing local expertise
  • Managing regulatory reporting including the Workplace Gender Equality Agency compliance reporting.
  • Supporting the annual performance appraisal process to ensure all employees are provided with a year-end performance appraisal outcome in line with global guidelines.
  • Supporting the annual pay review process including systems testing and support, analysis and reporting, data checks and partnering with Payroll.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to develop and maintain reward models for use within Performance & Reward and by non-reward professionals
  • Understanding of current reward trends
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, HR or Finance).
  • Performance and Reward experience, ideally from Banking or consultancy background.
  • Analytical and highly numerate, with an ability to interpret data from multiple sources and provide insights.
