Job Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the management of the material master data catalogue in SAP, Elix & Cosmo in line with Service Level Agreement and by following the evolution of internal and external codification norms. (inc. creation, maintenance, quality check and reporting for all material types)
  • Responsible for ensuring data availability and quality, challenging data owners where necessary.
  • Act as Business Partner & master data expert in training initiatives to upskill other departments to improve processes.
  • Act as master data Key User for SAP: quickly investigate and resolve issues arising in SAP, participate in regression and/or new functionality testing.
  • Key stakeholder in master data projects helping to improve the efficiency of the supply chain and the education of our stakeholders.
  • Act as a master data expert in business projects such as new brand or new system integrations.

Job Requirements:

  • Analytical approach and good attention to detail
  • Continuous improvement mind set and have Governance and Compliance as part of your DNA
  • Robust Excel knowledge
  • Demonstrate your desire & curiosity to develop your understanding and knowledge of the business and new systems
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively taking into account deadlines and resources – especially sometimes under pressure
  • Flexibility to respond to a rapidly changing environment
  • Knowledge of VBA, SQL and SAP is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively with various counterparts and ability to convince them if required
  • Ability to work with high volume data and to manipulate numerical information quickly, efficiently and without error
