Job Description:

Reporting to and working with the Senior Marketing Manager – Customer Strategy, Insight and Proposition Development, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing projects to improve the overall customer experience. Responsible for managing the Propositions Team and delivering on key initiatives to drive the business forward, while working cross functionally to support customer journey enhancements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing a number of ongoing projects to deliver defined enhancements to our customer proposition, keeping to budgets and delivery deadlines.
• Support a cross functional network to ensure customer journeys are clear, consistent and in line with both our brand and our customer expectations.
• Manage the Proposition Development team to ensure Projects, BAU and ad hoc tasks are completed in line with stakeholder expectations.
• Keeping the business informed of progress and results.
• Collaborate with Customer Strategy, Insight and Data teams to develop, trial and implement new elements of the proposition to improve identified friction points, promote positive experiences and look for new opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience of delivering against project timelines and budgets
• Competent user of Excel and PowerPoint, able to analyse, report and present information appropriately
• Able to display understanding of broader customer marketing within an omni channel retail environment
• Exposure in a Retail or FMCG background would be preferred
• Experience in delivering consumer ‘reward’ or ‘loyalty’ propositions
