Job Responsibilities:

• Serving food made by procedure and held according to standards
• Problem solving and conflict resolution
• Hiring, training, and developing team members
• Analyzing cost control numbers and inventory to maximize profits
• Insuring a safe work environment
• Attending bi-weekly management team meetings

Job Requirements:

• Are dependable and have transportation
• Have excellent communication skills
• Are available to work a variety of shifts including weekends
• Have a background in restaurant management
