Job Description:
Analyze, interpret and translate data into meaningful insights that drive actionable and strategic recommendations for digital merchandising on all Kohl’s digital channels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend weekly business review meetings as required and report on insights, opportunities and recommendations for digital business to cross-functional team
- Develop by-day risk analysis during key calendar events
- Report findings to key stakeholders in a comprehensive and timely manner
- Present formal results, insights and recommendations to broader digital group, to Merchant or other cross-functional partners as required
- Own and develop standardized reports and dashboards as required
- Work with other digital team members to gather qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to drive and develop solutions
- Analyze digital performance of key product categories, including identifying category-level shopping behaviors and patterns
- Identify category-level optimization opportunities related to campaigns, pricing or other digital merchandising strategies based on insights
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or statistics, marketing, retail merchandising, finance or relevant experience
- 2 year of experience in digital, marketing, ecommerce or other applicable field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ecommerce or web analytics experience preferred
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Google Analytics or other digital analytics platform
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with basic analytics principles
- Familiarity with digital marketing and merchandising
- Strong problem solving skills and comfort with ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
