Job Description:

Management services provides project management, business systems analysis, quality management, portfolio management, and technical communication services for KPMG in Canada’s technology and key business initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement training support tools and communication for technical support
  • Assist in the development of a detailed rollout schedule for large projects
  • Produce and distribute project status reports and updates to project team and steering group
  • Set up and maintain project documents repository to ensure that project deliverables are readily accessible to the project team
  • Help in hiring of resources, co-ordinate with hiring team and contracting agencies
  • Provide work effort variance reporting to the Project Manager
  • Monitor and control the management of resources (lists) including keeping them up to date
  • Capture the data from the hiring documentation CPA/Schedule A/CLO forms in one database
  • Align project expectations with HR objectives, make HR office the one point of contact for talent acquisition/retention
  • Development of internal training including good account practices (portion in collaboration with the Account Manager) + follow-up external training required by the client
  • Assist Project Managers with overall PMO methodology activities
  • Assist project teams in the administration, schedule creation and maintenance, and coordination
  • Assistance in recruiting resources working on the account + assistance in planning needs for future projects
  • Management of internal HR comms and interface with key people on the client side on HR issues
  • Provide support to the Project Manager in the preparation and monitoring of the project budget
  • Assist in the development of an Implementation Strategy/Plan for large projects
  • Assist in resources onboarding and offboardingincluding documentation of process, production of informative material, management of documentation, communication of relevant information to the various stakeholders and management of access to internal resources)
  • Own and maintain training registry

Job Requirements:

  • Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Microsoft Office experience with a proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel and MS Visio
  • Ability to establish and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Financial aptitude an asset
  • Ability to interact with colleagues at all professional levels
  • Bilingual (Englisg & French)
  • Experience working as a Project Coordinator in a Project Management Office
