Job Responsibilities:

• Provide visualization technical support to the business functions and resolve any complex issues.
• Translate business needs into dashboards, with a specific understanding of how customer requirements turn into easy-to-use dashboard solutions.
• Experience in developing requirements and creating web based reports and dashboards
• Manage effective implementation of multiple projects, prepare associate documents and perform appropriate tests on the same.
• Provide support for automation developers, including clarifying automation requirements, facilitating creation of required environment and permission configurations, etc.
• Participate in pre-deployment and post-deployment activities, e.g. UAT sessions, Go/No-Go meetings, hyper care calls, etc.
• Conducts strategic data analysis, identifies insights and implications and makes strategic recommendations, develops data displays that clearly communicate complex analysis.
• Organize and lead data review sessions with stakeholders, ensuring all process details are accurately captured and approved by the business SME
• Participate in special projects, e.g. building or implementing new tools, dashboards, Proof of Concepts (POC) etc.
• Strong expertise in analysis, design and implementation of visualization / reporting applications especially using Power BI and Tableau
• Assist with various operational issues, including troubleshooting production support issues, gathering and documenting change request details, etc.
• Develop and maintain various codes, documents and associate technical files.
• Design effective plans and estimate efforts for multiple visualization projects of varied complexity.

Job Requirements:

• Strong experience in working with data assets on Cloud such as Azure Synapse, Databricks, CosmosDB, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes etc.,
• Knowledge in Azure Data Factory, Power BI Dataflows, Power Query
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative approach and good design aesthetics
• Knowledge of agile methodology and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Prior working experience of at-least 7 to 10 years is must in Visualization tools – Microsoft Power BI, Tableau etc
• Strong Programming skills – SQL, DAX, T-SQL
• Experience with Data validation including ability to create test plans, test cases, execute test cycles, etc.
• Knowledge of programming languages is nice to have (JavaScript, HTML, Python etc)
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, etc
• Exceptional documentation skills, including concise requirements and easy-to-follow process flow diagrams
• Ability to forge consensus within a group of stakeholders, to deliver a solution that works for all
