Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to communicate and improve HR policies, processes, and practices and recommend changes
  • Support ad hoc administrative tasks and weekly/monthly reporting requests
  • Creating a communication protocol with the hiring manager to establish and manage expectations on useful information such as obstacles to recruitment, facts impeding candidate flow, market information, competitive intelligence etc.
  • Acting as an ambassador for KPMG to ensure candidates are provided with a positive recruitment experience.
  • Providing regular communication to the Talent Attraction Managers and escalate issues and obstacles as appropriate.
  • Edit job descriptions for postings
  • Creating a profile write-up and appropriateness opinion for candidates presented to be used to aid hiring managers in selecting candidates for interview.
  • Providing counsel to hiring manager’s during the interview and negotiation phase of the recruitment cycle to successfully select and close high quality candidates.
  • Leading full-cycle recruitment hiring for KPMG Global Resource Center
  • Conducting a thorough needs analysis of hiring manager’s recruitment needs and provide counsel on a holistic recruitment strategy as well as detailed Talent Maps for complex roles

Job Requirements:

  • Passion for HR and recruiting – bolstering and leveraging synergies as appropriate
  • A commitment to delivering high value recruitment service to hiring managers
  • A commitment to ensuring candidates receive a highly professional and well-regarded experience throughout the entire recruitment cycle
  • Proficient in using technology including MS Office and an Applicant Tracking System
  • Ability to work effectively in situations involving rapid change, shifting priorities, and/or simultaneous demands
  • An ability and desire to follow processes consistently and to create efficiencies as required
  • A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment expertise – experience from both agency and corporate search with the proven ability to headhunt and direct recruit
  • Experience providing counsel to executive level hiring managers and managing expectations as appropriate
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills when dealing with stakeholders including candidates and internal clients
  • Proven ability to work well in a fast paced, high-volume, demanding, team environment.
