KPMG is currently seeking an Associate in Customer & Operations for our Consulting practice.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support current state Information Technology (IT) projects through interviews, data analysis, surveys and the documentation of findings and support the implementation of technology at client sites
  • Liaise with client stakeholders and subject matter professionals and conduct user experience research
  • Design and conduct user research, including surveys, observation and interviews; summarize, document and present findings to client teams
  • Lead discussions and presentations to provide updates to stakeholders
  • Generate reports and observations based on surveys and research that inform service and user experience design
  • Act as a subject matter professional in one or more domains and/or industry markets and assist in the creation of proposals and other new business development efforts and in developing or updating firm methodologies regarding technology operations services

Job Requirements:

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Minimum two years of recent experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes and user research in addition to two years of experience in different IT projects designing, planning and conducting user research, including surveys, observation and interviewing users in the context of their day to day work
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university (preferred concentrations include Business, Management Information Systems,
  • Economics, Industrial Engineering and Accounting)
  • Minimum of one year of experience with IT project working with service designers and data scientists to interpret product analytics data and improve product features based on those findings
  • Previous experience delivering consulting services to HHS clients with an emphasis on Child Welfare experience
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral with the ability to lead teams and function at times with limited oversight
  • Ability to travel 80%
