Job Description: The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will be a key member of the Krispy Kreme Finance team reporting to the Senior Director – External Reporting. Supports the Krispy Kreme global businesses by working hands-on with Company leadership and divisional leaders to assist in meeting Financial Reporting requirements of key stakeholders. Job Responsibilities: Establishes and continuously improves reporting processes by assisting internal data providers and coordinating with functional area leaders. Works with the business to develop globally consumed reporting through various financial systems (Hyperion, Oracle Analytics etc.). Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPI), analyze trends and identify the cause of any unexpected variances, especially relating to financial metrics such as Net Sales, EBITDA, and Profit Margin. Applies the best financial practices, knowledge of strategic objectives and understanding of market drivers and competitive landscape to impact business results. Creates informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting and opportunities for improvement. Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives. Assist management in development of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reporting presentations for key stakeholders. Ensures compliance with local regulations, GAAP accounting principles and company policies and procedures. Maintains comprehensive and transparent financial models to support analysis. Stay abreast of industry changes and current tax/accounting laws. Work closely with the treasury function to support capital allocation framework. Develop, refine and implement financial tools and dashboard reports. Prepares account reconciliations and reporting packages Helps to ensure reporting is timely and accurate. Job Requirements: 2-4 years of relevant work experience, including financial analyst roles of increasing responsibilities and/or Big 4 public accounting experience and external reporting experience Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with both finance and business professionals High attention to detail, analytical, and inquisitive Strong GAAP knowledge and financial accounting acumen Bachelor's Degree or higher in finance or accounting Extensive knowledge of financial systems (Hyperion EPM Workspace and Smart View, Oracle EBS R12 Financial Module, Oracle Analytics) Ability to pivot quickly between multiple highly complex projects Critical thinking and ability to manage projects with high need for accuracy Excellent financial and analytical abilities Positive attitude with a commitment to excellence and integrity Experience with XBRL tagging and Workiva preferred High proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint) Job Details: Company: Krispy Kreme Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Los Angeles, CA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacancyoptions.com
