We are currently searching for a full-cycle recruiter for a 6 month contract duration, with a mission to engage, excite and attract the best talents across Research & Development, Engineering, Supply Chain or Manufacturing functions.
You should demonstrate strong learning agility and be able to adapt to fast changing business scenarios with creativity. Top candidates will show a mixture of operational excellence and strategy development along with the ability to forge strong cross-functional partnerships.

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendation/negotiation, offer letter generation and offer responses.
- Grow and maintain L’Oréal USA talent pipeline through sourcing activity and networking while ensuring data quality and integrity through utilization of CRM database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS); both hosted through Avature.
- Innovate and animate cutting-edge recruitment strategies with a focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience and enhancing our employer brand – we take a test & learn approach to creating deeper connections with the best candidates in the market and empower our recruiters to think creatively about how best to do so.
- Serve as a business partner to Hiring Managers and Divisional HR partners by providing industry insights regarding the talent trends, competition, etc. You develop and showcase a deep industry/functional expertise including where the best talent is, what top candidates are looking for and which companies are struggling/winning.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and develop cohesive search strategies for open and upcoming positions.
- Develop and maintain deep and specific network of active and passive talents, through direct sourcing, advanced posting strategies, referrals and networking.
Job Requirements:
- Advanced candidate assessment capabilities – understand what makes a strong talent and show an ability to advocate and influence on behalf of the very best.
- Ability to strategically source diverse candidates including fluency in Boolean Logic, LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM / ATS systems (Avature preferred). Marketing and digital are highly competitive areas with very nuanced views of talent. We do not expect to regularly find top talents via online applications. To be a successful, you are expected to develop and showcase an expert-level ability to (1) direct-source and (2) manage candidate pipelines in our CRM.
- High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in full life-cycle recruitment.
- A team player with exceptional interpersonal, presentation, influencing and communication skills.
- Sound decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail.
